By virtue of and in obedience to a directed to me by the Honorable ASCENSION 23RD JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT in and for the PARISH OF ASCENSION, State of Louisiana, dated: Friday, May 9, 2025, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I shalI proceed to sell at public auction at Governmental Annex 828 South Irma Blvd Gonzales, LA 70737 of which the Civil District Court of the Parish of Ascension is held on WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 15, 2025, at 10:00 AM, to the last and highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:
A CERTAIN TRACT OR PARCEL OF LAND, TOGETHER WITH ALL BUILDINGS AND IMPROVEMENTS SITUATED THEREON AND THEREUNTO BELONGING, SITUATED IN THE PARISH OF ASCENSION, STATE OF LOUISIANA, IN THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 7, TOWNSHIP 10 SOUTH, RANGE 4 EAST, EAST OF THE ST. HELENA MERIDIAN AND OF THE MISSISSIPPI RIVER, IN ASCENSION PARISH, KNOWN AS TRACT THREE (3), CONTAINING .57 ACRES ACCORDING TO A MAP OR PLAN OF SURVEY BY JOHN P. EARLES, III, R.L.S., DATED OCTOBER 30, 1979, A COPY OF WHICH IS RECORDED AT INSTRUMENT #422687 OF THE OFFICIAL RECORDS OF ASCENSION PARISH, LA. SAID TRACT #3 HAVING SUCH MEASUREMENTS AND DIMENSIONS ALONG SUCH BEARINGS AND BEING SUBJECT TO SUCH SERVITUDES, BUILDING LINES, DEDICATIONS, AND RESTRICTIONS AS SHOWN ON SAID MAP. And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of: SIXTY THREE THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED FOURTEEN DOLLARS AND FORTY NINE CENTS ($63,314.49) DOLLARS, along with
