The following is the legislation passed by Wooster City Council at their regular meeting held on September 2, 2025, and is available for public review upon request:
Ordinance No. 2025-12 - An Ordinance amending the annual appropriation Ordinance
Resolution No. 2025-47 - A Resolution accepting the amounts and rates as determined by the Budget Commission and authorizing the necessary tax levies and certifying them to the County Auditor (Ohio Revised Code §§ 5705.34 & 5705.35)
Resolution No. 2025-48 - A Resolution authorizing the Director of Administration to advertise according to law and enter into a contract with the lowest and best bidder for a waterline replacement project on W. Bowman Street, between Northwestern Avenue and Woodland Avenue, and allowing for immediate enactment
Resolution No. 2025-49 - A Resolution authorizing the Director of Administration to enter into a cooperative agreement with the Ohio Department of Transportation ("ODOT") to accept the funds awarded through the Transportation Alternative Program ("TAP") and safety funding, and allowing for immediate enactment
Resolution No. 2025-50 - A Resolution authorizing the Director of Administration to accept Ohio Department of Transportation ("ODOT") Transportation Improvement District ("TID") Grant funds for engineering design services for the roundabouts at the Beall Avenue and Cleveland Road and the Portage Road and Cleveland Road intersections, enter into an engineering services agreement with CESO, Inc. for the design services, appropriate funds from the Capital Improvement Fund for the project, and allowing for immediate enactment
Resolution No. 2025-51 - A Resolution accepting the "Group A" recommendations of the Wooster Tax Incentive Review Council with respect to existing Enterprise Zone Agreements, Community Reinvestment Area Agreements, and Tax Increment Financing Projects, and allowing for immediate enactment
Resolution No. 2025-52 - A Resolution accepting the Group B recommendations of the Wooster Tax Incentive Review Council with respect to existing Enterprise Zone Agreements, Community Reinvestment Area Agreements, and Tax Increment Financing Projects, and allowing for immediate enactment
