Rust and La Fave establishing polling locations for the City of Sheboygan beginning in 2026. Motion by Rust/La Fave to adopt the Resolution. All ayes. No. 85-25-26 by Ald. Rust and La Fave authorizing the creation of a temporary Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area during the 2025 Riverfest event. Motion by Rust/La Fave to adopt the Resolution. All ayes. No. 88-25-26 by Ald. Dekker and Rust accepting and approving a Certified Survey Map depicting dedication of public right of way for Commerce Street north of Pennsylvania Avenue. Motion by Dekker/Rust to adopt the Resolution. All ayes. No. 87-25-26 by Ald. Dekker and Rust authorizing the Purchasing Agent to issue a purchase order for two (2) Bobcat Tool Cats with salt spreaders and plowing equipment for the Motor Vehicle Division of the Department of Public Works. Motion by Dekker/Rust to adopt the Resolution. All ayes. No. 86-25-26 by Ald. Dekker and Rust authorizing the appropriate City officials to enter into a contract with Northeast Asphalt, Inc. for the 2025 Street Improvements – Washington Avenue (South Taylor Drive – South Business Drive). Motion by Dekker/Rust to adopt the Resolution. All ayes. No. 84-25-26 by Ald. Dekker and Rust authorizing the Purchasing Agent to issue a purchase order for two (2) Tri-Axle Dump Trucks with snowplows and salt spreaders for the Motor Vehicle Division of the Department of Public Works. Motion by Dekker/Rust to adopt the Resolution. All ayes. No. 89-25-26 by Ald. Close approving the amended Specific Implementation Plan submitted by Sheboygan Visual Artists to operate an artists gallery located at 534 S Pier Drive within a Planned Unit Development (PUD) zone. Motion by Close/Rust to adopt the Resolution. All ayes. Lays over: No. 74-25-26 by Ald. Dekker and Rust vacating a 0.03 acre portion of right-of-way on the east side of North 5th Street adjacent to Lot 1, Block 5 of the Assessment Subdivision No. 21, City of Sheboygan, Sheboygan County, Wisconsin. GENERAL ORDINANCES No. 14-25-26 by Ald. Rust and La Fave amending various sections of the Sheboygan Municipal Code with regard to insurance requirements. Motion by Rust/La Fave to adopt the Ordinance. All ayes. No. 12-25-26 by Ald. Dekker and Rust amending sections 40-45 and 48-322 of the Sheboygan Municipal Code so as to allow the waiver of special event fees for public health benefit events.
