By virtue of the above stated Writ to me directed and delivered, I shall expose for sale by public venue and sell to the highest bidder on Tuesday, 9/30/2025, at Two O'Clock in the afternoon, prevailing time, at the Passaic County Court House, Hamilton Street, Paterson, that is to say:
The property to be sold is located in HEWITT, County of Passaic and State of New Jersey.

Lot: 1, Block: 2509 Township of West Milford; County of Passaic
Dimensions (approx.): .321 AC
Number of Feet to Nearest Cross Street: Approximately 242.83 feet from the southerly line of Passaic Drive to the easterly side of Greenloch Court
Upset Bid Amount: $372,407.22
Occupancy Status: Owner Occupied
Amount Due for Taxes: Taxes due and owing in the approximate amount $2,817.00 as of 07/03/25. Sale may be subject to subsequent taxes, liens, utilities, and interest since 07/03/25

Surplus Money: If after the sale and satisfaction of the mortgage debt, including costs and expenses, there remains any surplus money, the money will be deposited into the Superior Court Trust Fund and any person claiming the surplus, or any part thereof, may file a motion pursuant to Court Rules 4:64-3 and 4:57-2 stating the nature and extent of that person's claim and asking for an order directing payment of the surplus money. The Sheriff or other person conducting the sale will have information regarding the surplus, if any.
