NOTICE TO BIDDERS Notice is hereby given that the Evansville Vanderburgh School Corporation (“EVSC”) will receive sealed bids until 8:00 a.m. CST on Monday, October 27, 2025, and not thereafter, at the EVSC Office of Technology, 951 Walnut Street, Evansville, IN 47713; sealed bids for each project will then be publicly opened at 10:00 a.m. CST, for the following projects: 1. Access Points, Cabling, and Associated Services – #260000212 2. UPS Units and Associated Services - #260000213 3. Structured Cabling and Associated Services - #260000214 4. Network Equipment and Associated Services - #260000215 Bidders may submit a bid for one project, multiple projects, or all projects listed. Each project will be evaluated and awarded separately, and the EVSC reserves the right to award contracts to different vendors. Bids delivered prior to October 27, 2025, must be submitted to the attention of the Chief Technology Officer at the same address. Each bid must be in a separate sealed envelope, clearly marked with the project title and bid number, and each must include a bid bond or certified check in the amount of $1,000.00, made payable to the EVSC. All bids not accompanied by the required bid security may be rejected as non-responsive. A mandatory pre-bid meeting and walkthroughs will occur on Thursday, September 25, 2025, at 9:00 am CST at the EVSC Office of Technology. Following the main meeting, walkthroughs will be at Dexter, Harper, North JH/HS, Reitz, SICTC, Washington, and 421 Chestnut Street. Failure to attend the meeting and walkthroughs will disqualify the bidder. All questions must be asked at these meetings. The goods and services requested are part of the EVSC’s E-Rate filings for Funding Year 2026. The EVSC Board of School Trustees reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any defects or informalities it deems in the best interest of the Board.
