SANDERS ZELLA MAE WEEDEN HUNTER DEBBIE MEIERS JAMES WEEDEN JR.     You are hereby notified that on the 22nd day of October, 2019, the then Treasurer of the County of Pueblo, State of Colorado, sold at public sale to Debbie Meiers the tax lien upon the following described reaf estate, situate in the County of Pueblo, viz:   UND 1/3 INT N 1/2 SE 1/4 LESS SW 1/4 NW 1/4 SE 1/4 34-21-63 70A   said sale being made to satisfy the delinquent general taxes assessed against said property for the year 2018, and certificate of purchase numbered 896 book 2019 was issued to Debbie Meiers by said Treasurer.   That subsequent taxes upon said property for the years 2019 to 2023 inclusive were paid by the holder of said certificate of purchase.   That at the time of said assessment and said sale said property was taxed in the name of The Estate of Ruth Margaret Weeden, Peggy Aileen Weeden, Harry Marshall Weeden, Mabel Brandow, The Estate of James M. Weeden, James Weeden Jr., Patricia Weeden Sanders, Judith L. Carr aka Sanders, Bernadine Weeden Bailey, Mossie Weeden Fox, The Estate of Emery Burnett, Nona Weeden Prater, Marshall Thomas Weeden, Edna K. Sanders, Zella Mae Weeden Hunter.   That Debbie Meiers the present holder of said certificate of purchase has made application to me to offer at Treasurer's Deed Auction for a Treasurer's or Tax Deed to said property, provided the same has not been redeemed from said sale for taxes prior to the start time of the Treasurer's Deed Auction.   That I will offer for sale at public auction on or after 7th day of January A.D., 2026 at 4:30 p.m. MT, the above listed property.
