The purpose of the public hearing is to act on the following matters: (1) The request of Jennvest, LLC for a Special Exception (pursuant to Section 27502/ Section 1504 of the Zoning Ordinance) to permit the expansion of an existing non-conforming use at 1050 Belton Road, Ellwood City, PA 16117 also being known as Beaver County Tax Parcel Number 70-103-0167.000.
