INVITATION TO BID The Erie County Conservation District invites you to submit a bid for the following project: Headwaters Park - Development 2025 Scope of Project: General construction for clearing & grubbing, trail with surface aggregate, stone xeriscape, wetland demonstration, aluminum stairs, and covered picnic table. Erie County Conservation District plans to receive bids for the above referenced project until 10:00AM Prevailing Time on Friday, Sept 19, 2025. Proposal must be on forms furnished in Section B of the bid documents. The Erie County Conservation District board reserves the right to reject any and all bids. A pre-bid conference is planned for 10:00AM Prevailing Time, Wednesday September 10, 2025 at the Erie County Conservation District Building, located at 1927 Wager Rd, Erie, PA 16509. Final completion to be complete and ready for use is November 30, 2025. Plans and Specifications (DIGITAL FORMAT) may be obtained by contacting the offices of the Erie County Conservation District Building, 1927 Wager Rd, Erie, PA. Hard copies of the documents are available for a non-refundable deposit of $75.00 for each set of documents. Checks for non-refundable deposits must be made payable to Erie County Conservation District. This project will be a prevailing wage rate project. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid guarantee in the form of a certified or cashier's check or bid bond with corporate surety payable to Erie County Conservation District in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid price. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Materialsmen Bond each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price.
