ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS BID OPENING DATE EXTENDED SR 5/SR 98 AND SR 20/SR 4007 TRAFFIC SIGNAL UPGRADES Sealed proposals will be received by Fairview Township, 7471 McCray Road, Fairview, PA, 16415, Office of the Secretary, until September 17, 2025, by 1:00 PM at which time in the Township Meeting Room all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud for the TRAFFIC SIGNAL UPGRADES project. The contractor shall be prequalified by PennDOT, and only PennDOT-certified materials shall be used. Bid/Contract Documents, including plans and technical specifications may be reviewed/obtained at the office of the engineer, Urban Engineers, Inc., 152 West 12th Street, Erie, PA, (PH: 814.453.5702) between the hours of 9 AM and 2 PM, weekdays, for a $50 non refundable deposit check made payable to "Fairview Township". Proposal must be on forms furnished by the Engineer. Bid must be accompanied by a certified check, bank money order or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the base bid made payable to “Fairview Township”.
