BY VIRTUE of and to satisfy a AMENDED WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued from the Honorable 9th Judicial District Court, and to me directed as Sheriff and Ex-Officio Auctioneer of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, directing and commanding me to seize and sell the property, rights and credits of the defendant, I have seized the following property and will offer for sale to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction on the second floor of the Court House in Alexandria, Louisiana, between the hours prescribed by law, on Wednesday the 8th day of October, 2025 the following property to-wit:
TRACT #1:
A certain piece, parcel or tract of land, together with all buildings and improvements thereon, and all rights, ways and privileges thereunto appertaining, being, lying and situated in Rapides Parish, Louisiana, and being more particularly described as follows:
TRACT I: A certain piece of land together with all buildings and improvements thereon, lying and situated in the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of Section 17, Township 2 North, Range 1 West, (T2N, R1W), Rapides Parish, Louisiana containing 1.276 more or less acres. All as more fully shown on plat of survey by Barrett Gremillion, 10-12-11, attached hereto and made a part hereof shown on said survey as "1.276 Acres".
TRACT II: A certain piece, parcel or tract of land containing 7.8 acres lying in part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NE/4 of NW/4) of Section 17, Township Two North, Range One West (TIN, R1W), Rapides Parish, Louisiana, and being more particularly described as follows:
From the Northeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 17, run South 0 degrees 08 minutes East 825.9 feet to establish the Point of Beginning; continue South 0 degrees 08 minutes East 91.1 feet; thence North 89 degrees 30 minutes West 209.2 feet; thence South 0 degrees 08 minutes East 209.2 feet; thence North 89 degrees 30 minutes West 1043.6 feet to the east right of way line of U.S. Highway 165; thence along the right of way line North 14 degrees 12 minutes West 307.22 feet; thence away from, the right of way line South 89 degrees 30 minutes East 1321.3 feet to return to the Point of Beginning, all as more particularly shown on plat of survey by c.L. Besson, Jr. dated January 22, 1979.
LESS AND EXCEPT: One acre in the Town of Woodworth, Section 17, T2N-R1W, Rapides Parish, Louisiana bordering Lots 5 and 6 on Butler Drive, measuring 90 78' x 476,99' x 90,79' x 473.28', according to Plat of Survey completed by Jared A. Couvillion, P.L.S., La, Reg. No 4931, dated July 19, 2009 attached to the Cash sale from Ira Dane Pendarvis to Darrell Fowlkes, Jr. dated July 20, 2009 and recorded in the records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana in Conveyance Book 1843, Page 238.
LESS AND EXCEPT: One-half acre in Town of Wooodworth, Section 17, T2N-R1W, Rapides Parish, bordering Lot 7 on Butler Drive, measuring 90.79' x 239.24' x 90.79' x 239.24', according to Plat of Survey completed by Jared A. Couvillion, P.L.S., La. Reg. No. 4931, dated July 19, 2009, attached to the Cash Sale from Ira Dane Pendarvis to Brad Guillory dated July 20, 2009 and recorded in the records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana in Conveyance Book 1843, Page 627.
LESS AND EXCEPT: A certain piece, parcel or tract of land containing 4 acres, together with all buildings and improvements located thereon, all rights, ways and privileges appertaining thereto, being lying and situated in the Northeast Quarter of Section 17, being part of Lot 7 of a partition of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 17, being part of Lot 7 of a partition of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 17, Township 2 North, Range 1 West, Rapides Parish, Louisiana by C.L. Besson on 22 January 1975, being more particularly described as follows, to wit:
Commence at the point where the north line of Lot 7 of a partition of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 17 meets the east right of way line of U.S. Highway 165, said point marking the Point of Beginning. Then run South 89 degrees 13 minutes 3 seconds East 624.15 feet. Then run South 0 degrees 9 minutes 58 seconds East 295.34 feet. Then run North 89 degrees 46 minutes 8 seconds West 109.84 feet. Then run North 89 degrees 24 minutes 8 seconds West 439.85 feet. Then run North 14 degrees 8 minutes 17 seconds West 308.2 feet to the Point of Beginning. Said tract is shown on certificate of survey by Frank L. Willis, PE, PLS, dated 2 February 2001, a copy of which is attached to the Donation from Ira Dane Pendarvis and Marilyn Mudgett Pendarvis to Congregation of St. Martin Roman Catholic Church of the Parish of Rapides, Louisiana, recorded in Conveyance Book 1605, Page 426, and Cash Sale from Ira Dane Pendarvis and Marilyn Mudgett Pendarvis to Congregation of St. Martin Roman Catholic Church of the Parish of Rapides, Louisiana, recorded in Conveyance Book 1605, Page 431, Rapides Parish, Louisiana.

A certain piece, parcel or tract of land, together with all buildings and improvements thereon, and all rights, ways and privileges thereunto appertaining, being, lying and situated in RAPIDES Parish, Louisiana, and being more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the Northwest corner of Lot "A" of the Martha Fowler Welch Partition in Section 57, Township 2 North, Range 1 East, thence bear South 12 degrees 20 minutes East for 935.3 feet to the point of beginning. Thence from the point of beginning, continue South 12 degrees 20 minutes East along the West right-of-way of Louisiana Highway No. 457 for 758.7 feet; thence leaving said right-at-way bear South 74 degrees 55 minutes West for 304.5 feet, thence bear North 12 degrees 20 minutes West for 386.79 feet' thence bear South 77 degrees 40 minutes West for 221.43 feet; thence bear North 12 degrees 20 minutes West for 386.79 feet; thence bear South 77 degrees 40 minutes West for 221.43 feet; thence bear North 12 degrees 20 minutes West for 386.52 feet; thence bear North 77 degrees 40 minutes East for 525.58 feet back to the point of beginning. The aforementioned closed traverse contains 7.31 acres and is a part of Lots "B" and "C" of the Martha Fowler Welch Partition, all as is more particularly shown as Tract "2" on Plat of Survey of Stephen Barrett Gremillion dated April 27, 1987, recorded at COB 1209-440.
