BY VIRTUE of and to satisfy a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued from the Honorable 9th Judicial District Court, and to me directed as Sheriff and Ex-Officio Auctioneer of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, directing and commanding me to seize and sell the property, rights and credits of the defendant, I have seized the following property and will offer for sale to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction on the second floor of the Court House in Alexandria, Louisiana, between the hours prescribed by law, on Wednesday the 8th day of October, 2025 the following property to-wit:
That portion of ground, together with all buildings and improvements thereon, and all rights, way, privileges, servitudes, appurtenances, and advantages thereunto, belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in Rapides Parish, Louisiana, being Lots 1 & 2 of Block 1, of the Horseshoe Gardens Subdivision, a subdivision in Section 23, Township 3 North, Range 1 West, Rapides Parish, Louisiana. Said property having a frontage of 126.56 feet on Horseshoe Drive and extending back therefrom to Lot 3, in the rear, and being 150 feet deep on the East side, and 130.2 feet deep on the West side, all as shown on plat of survey of Howard L'Heureaux, C.E. dated March 25, 1949, and acquired by Paul Asberry Leckrone and Junice Rhae Clark Leckrone from First Federal Savings and Loan Association of Alexandria, Louisiana, on September 14, 1957 by deed recorded in COB
524, page 141, records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.
Terms of Sale: FOR CASH "WITHOUT" APPRAISEMENT
NOTE: ALL SALES MUST BE PAID IN FULL TO RPSO BY 2:00 PM ON DAY OF SALE. ALL FUNDS MUST BE PAID WITH A CASHIER'S CHECK, CERTIFIED CHECK, OR BANK MONEY ORDER. ANYONE INTERESTED IN BIDDING MUST SUBMIT AN IRREVOCABLE BANK LETTER OF CREDIT TO THE RPSO CIVIL DIVISION PRIOR TO THE SALE.
