BY VIRTUE of and to satisfy a WRIT OF SEIZURE AND SALE issued from the Honorable 9th Judicial District Court, and to me directed as Sheriff and Ex-Officio Auctioneer of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, directing and commanding me to seize and sell the property, rights and credits of the defendant, I have seized the following property and will offer for sale to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction on the second floor of the Court House in Alexandria, Louisiana, between the hours prescribed by law, on Wednesday the 8th day of October, 2025 the following property to-wit:
A certain piece, parcel, or lot of land, together with all buildings and improvements thereon situated, all rights, ways and privileges thereunto belonging or in any way appertaining, being, lying, and situated in Rapides Parish, Louisiana, and being more particularly described as being Lot One (1) and adjoining one-half of Lot Two (2), LESS the rear 8 1/2 feet of said lots, of Acadian Village subdivision per plat thereof recorded at Plat Book 9, page 53 of the records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana and being the identical property acquired by Deborah Teresa Davis and Willie W. Davis from Irene R. Brevelle, Deidra Brevelle Prevot, Danita Brevelle Deville, Deronda Brevelle Ashley and Dwayne Brevelle by a deed dated August 30, 2000 recorded in conveyance Book 1692, page 821 records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.
Terms of Sale: FOR CASH "WITH" APPRAISEMENT
NOTE: ALL SALES MUST BE PAID IN FULL TO RPSO BY 2:00 PM ON DAY OF SALE. ALL FUNDS MUST BE PAID WITH A CASHIER'S CHECK, CERTIFIED CHECK, OR BANK MONEY ORDER. ANYONE INTERESTED IN BIDDING MUST SUBMIT AN IRREVOCABLE BANK LETTER OF CREDIT TO THE RPSO CIVIL DIVISION PRIOR TO THE SALE.
