BY VIRTUE of and to satisfy a WRIT OF SEIZURE OF SALE issued from the Honorable 9th Judicial District Court, and to me directed as Sheriff and Ex-Officio Auctioneer of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, directing and commanding me to seize and sell the property, rights and credits of the defendant, I have seized the following property and will offer for sale to the last and highest bidder at Public Auction on the second floor of the Court House in Alexandria, Louisiana, between the hours prescribed by law, on Wednesday the 8th day of October, 2025 the following property to-wit :
A certain parcel or Lot of ground, situated in the City of Alexandria, Rapides Parish, Louisiana and being more particularly described as Lot Ten (10) of square Eight (8) of Hill Addition, as per plat there of recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 133 of the records of Rapides Parish, Louisiana, having a front on Vance Avenue of 50 feet and extending back therefrom between parallel lines a distance of 152.50 feet; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.
Terms of Sale: FOR CASH "WITH" APPRAISMENT
NOTE: ALL SALES MUST BE PAID IN FULL TO RPSO BY 2:00 PM ON DAY OF SALE. ALL FUNDS MUST BE PAID WITH A CASHIER'S CHECK, CERTIFIED CHECK, OR BANK MONEY ORDER. ANYONE INTERESTED IN BIDDING MUST SUBMIT AN IRREVOCABLE BANK LETTER OF CREDIT TO THE RPSO CIVIL DIVISION PRIOR TO THE SALE.
