By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE directed to me by the Honorable 17th JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT in and for the PARISH OF LAFOURCHE, State of Louisiana, dated: 07/31/25, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I shall proceed to sell at online auction on 10/08/25, beginning at 9:00 a.m., and bids may be entered on the platform having the following electronic address: www.bid4assests/LPSOSheriff to the last and highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:
Property will be sold in as is condition.
A certain lot of ground situated in the Parish of Lafourche, State of Louisiana, being identified as LOT 12 OF BLOCK 2, PHASE A, OF BLUE RIDGE POINTE SUBDIVISION and more fully shown on a certain map entitled "BLUE RIDGE POINTE SUBDIVISION PHASE A. DEVELOPED BY HENRY SCOTT, LOCATED IN SECTIONS 4, 11, AND 75, TI6S-R17E, LAFOURCHE PARISH, LOUISIANA" dated June 23, 2005 prepared by David A. Waltz, Engineering and Surveying, Inc., recorded at COB 1612, page 72, Entry 984918. Said Lot 12 measuring a distance of Sixty-five and 00/100 (65') feet along the front of Blue Ridge Drive, by depth of One hundred twenty-two and 92/100 (122.92') feet on the easterly side line, by depth of One hundred twenty-one and 73/100 (121.73') feet along the westerly side line, with a width across the rear of Sixty-five and 01/100(65.01') feet; bounded cast by Lot 13, Block 2, west by Lot 11, Block 2, Phase A, of Blue Ridge Pointe Subdivision, and north by Blue Ridge Drive, south by Evelyn Bergeron Autin or assigns; together with all of the buildings and improvements thereon as well as all rights, ways, and privileges thereunto belonging; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property
And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of $167000.60 DOLLARS, along with interest and attorney’s fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
