By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE directed to me by the Honorable 17th JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT in and for the PARISH OF LAFOURCHE, State of Louisiana, dated: 07/31/25, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I shall proceed to sell at online auction on 10/08/25, beginning at 9:00 a.m., and bids may be entered on the platform having the following electronic address: www.bid4assests/LPSOSheriff to the last and highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:
Property will be sold in as is condition.
Two (2) certain lots or parcels of ground situated in the Parish of Lafourche, State of Louisiana, on the right descending bank of Bayou Lafourche, at about twenty two (22) at about twenty two (22) miles below the City of Thibodaux, in a new subdivision below the Town of Lockport, and which said lots are designated as lots nos. twelve (12) and thirteen (13) of Block 1, according to a map or plat of Nolans Hyland Subdivision, prepared by Bobby F. Warren, C.E., dated March 1, 1965 and duly recorded in the official records of the Parish of Lafourche, Louisiana. Said lots nos. twelve (12) and thirteen (13) measures sixty (60.0') feet in width by a depth of one hundred four (104.0') feet between equal and parallel lines, and bounded north by Romy Drive. West by lot no. fourteen (14) of Block 1, south by property of Henry Claudet, now or formerly, east by lot no. eleven (11) of block one (1).
Together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and all of the rights, ways, privileges, servitudes appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of $129979.38 DOLLARS, along with interest and attorney’s fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
