By virtue of and in obedience to a Writ of SEIZURE AND SALE directed to me by the Honorable 17th JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT in and for the PARISH OF LAFOURCHE, State of Louisiana, dated: 08/15/25, in the above entitled and numbered cause, I shall proceed to sell at online auction on 10/08/25, beginning at 9:00 a.m., and bids may be entered on the platform having the following electronic address: www.bid4assests/LPSOSheriff to the last and highest bidder for cash, the following described property, to wit:
Property will be sold in as is condition.
The property described in the Act of Mortgage is described as follows:
A certain lot of ground situated in the Parish of Lafourche, State of Louisiana, on the right descending bank of Bayou Lafourche at about forty-five (45) miles below the City of Thibodaux, and being designated as lot no. twenty (20) of the Ledet-
Pitre Subdivision as more fully shown on survey plat entitled "Plat showing Ledet-Pitre Subdivision, Lot 2, Section 6, T-19-S, R-21-E, Galliano, LA, Lafourche Parish", prepared by J. Wayne Plaisance, Civil Engineer, dated March, 1964, amended and/or revised on August 20, 1979, to add Lots 14 through 24, a copy of said survey plat being recorded in the records of Lafourche Parish, Louisiana, under entry no. 504931; said lot twenty (20) of the Ledet-Pitre Subdivision measuring one hundred (100) feet front along Ledet-Pitre Street by a depth of seventy-nine feet five inches (79'5"); bounded in front or above by Ledet-Pitre Street, bounded on the east side or towards Bayou Lafourche by lot no. 18 of said subdivision, bounded on the south side or below by property of Mrs. David Pitre, now or formerly, and bounded on the west side or towards the marsh by Lot 22 of said subdivision.
Together with all buildings and improvements thereon and all rights, ways, privileges and servitudes thereunto belonging or appertaining.
And from the proceeds of said sale to pay petitioner by preference over all other claims, the sum of $84877.23 DOLLARS, along with interest and attorney’s fees and all other costs including my own costs and charges.
