APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 94614 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 25th day of July 2025 Giovanni Bruno Selmi, Francis M. Selmi, Cecil R. Courtney, Lena S. Courtney, William B. Courtney and Cecil R. Courtney, Jr. of Gerlach, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the point of diversion of 5.3868 c.f.s., 1,430.48 a.f.a., a portion of water heretofore appropriated under Permit 66376. Water will be diverted from an underground source at a point located within the NE1/4 SE1/4 of Section 32, T34N, R22E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the E1/4 corner of said Section 32 bears N 29 degrees 29 minutes E, a distance of 1,255 feet (approx. 12.5 miles NW of Gerlach, NV). Water will be used for irrigation and domestic purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year. The existing point of diversion was located within the SW1/4 SW1/4 of Section 33, T34N, R22E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the SW corner of said Section 33 bears S 34 degrees 50 minutes W, a distance of 1,480.0 feet.
