PUBLIC NOTICE – INVITATION TO BID Bid #2025-14PC PLSS Corner Perpetuation & Maintenance The County of Portage Wisconsin (County), through its Purchasing Department (Purchasing), requests bids to establish a contract for the services of a Professional Land Surveyor licensed in the State of Wisconsin to establish and/or maintain PLSS section and quarter section corners as part of the county wide maintenance program. A total of 250+ corners have been selected for this RFB. All Portage County corners for this project have tie sheets of record. Portage County is seeking a price per corner and a lump sum bid for the scope of services detailed in this request for bids.
