PWP # WA-2025-504 INVITATION TO BID: Reno-Tahoe International Airport, Concourse Development Project – New Gen A and B Phase 0 - Enabling McCarthy Building Companies, Inc. has been selected as the Reno-Tahoe Airport Authority's Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) and will be requesting proposals for the Reno-Tahoe International Airport, Concourse Development Project – New Gen A and B Phase 0 - Enabling for the two existing terminal concourses. McCarthy Building Companies, Inc., in accordance with the provisions of NRS Chapter 338 is currently accepting sealed Bids from NRS prequalified Subcontractors per NRS §338.1379 or §338.1382 and licensed to work in the State of Nevada Scopes of Work for the Concourse Development Project – New Gen A and B Phase 0 - Enabling which includes, but is not limited to, the following: Enabling General Works (Doors, Frames, and Hardware, Enabling Metal Studs, Drywall, Painting, Waterproofing, and Select Demo), Enabling Electrical & Low Voltage, Enabling Civil & Utilities, and Enabling Passenger Boarding Bridges. Solicitations and addenda will be available via Building-Connected. All sealed Bids must be received, and time stamped by McCarthy Building Companies, Inc., via the Building Connected Website at https://app.buildingconnected.com/ no later than the deadline of September 26, 2025, at 2 PM (PDT), and Bids shall be opened in the presence of the Owner at a closed meeting immediately following the deadline.
