DESTRUCTION OF RECORDS FOR DEER VALLEY UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT Five (5) years after a student has withdrawn or graduated from the district, or when information is not longer needed to provide special education services, the district will destroy personally identifiable information on that student. It should be noted that information contained in these records may be needed by the Parents or Students for other purposes such as Social Security Benefits. You may obtain these records from the Student Support Services prior to the destruction date of September 16, 2025.
