MBTA Zoning LEGAL NOTICE Public Hearing Notice   In accordance with the provisions of the Carver Zoning Bylaw and G.L c. 40A § 5, the Carver Planning Board will hold a public hearing on September 23, 2025 at 7:00 PM at Carver Town Hall in Meeting Room #1   To consider proposed amendments to the Carver Zoning Bylaw and Zoning Map to establish a new Article 4-13, MBTA Communities Multifamily Overlay District. The proposed Multifamily Overlay District is intended to comply with the requirements of G.L. c. 40A, § 3A, commonly known as the “MBTA Communities Law.”   To see if the Town will amend the Carver Zoning Bylaw to create the MBTA Communities Multifamily Overlay District and to amend the Zoning Map to include the MBTA Communities Multifamily Overlay District as shown on the MBTA Communities Multifamily Overlay District Boundary Map, dated August 29, 2025, or act on anything relative thereto.   Any persons interested and wishing to be heard should appear at the time and place designated.
