NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING     Notice is hereby given that the Cherry Ridge Township Board of Supervisors will hold a Conditional Use Hearing on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at the Cherry Ridge Municipal Building, Route 191, Honesdale, PA 18431. This Hearing will be held on the matter of a Conditional Use request filed by Wayne County YMCA, Owner, and Wayne County Commissioners, Applicant/Developer, to construct a 31,000 sq ft YMCA with pool and daycare and a 17,000 sq ft Agricultural Innovation Center on a section of land on Spinner Road.   The subject property is located 1000 feet South of State Route 191 on Spinner Road, identified as Tax Map Parcel # 05-0-0019-0004 and Tax Map Parcel # 05-0-0019-0004.0001, containing a total of approximately 40 acres, with approximately 25 acres dedicated to the proposed YMCA and Agricultural Innovation Center facility.  A copy of the application for conditional use may be examined by contacting the Cherry Ridge Township Secretary, at 570-253-8464.   Cherry Ridge Township Board of Supervisors David Sporer, Chairman
