Public Notice Re: Request for Proposal (RFP) Renewal of WildFire License NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Indianapolis-Marion County Public Library (“IndyPL”) by issuing this Statement of Work (SOW) from Qualified Vendors (“Vendors”) to submit proposals. To ensure that the network infrastructure is maintained, IndyPL invites qualified vendors to submit proposals to renew licenses for two existing Palo Alto firewalls. The Indianapolis Marion County Public Library (IMCPL or The Library) seeks to purchase two (2) one-year renewals of the Advanced WildFire licenses (PAN-PA-5220-AWF-R) or an equivalent license for their existing Palo Alto 5220 firewalls. The goods and services requested in the SOW are part of the e-Rate filings for the IndyPL beginning in the 2026 funding year. The vendor must provide their e-Rate Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN) number on proposal in order to be eligible for consideration.
