Advertisement for Bids   The Town of Dandridge (Owner)   Project Description:   Separate sealed bids for the Town of Dandridge LPRF FIELD OF DREAMS PARK PROJECT – REBID 3, for Playground, Restroom, Pickle Ball Courts, Parking and other improvements, and an ADA-accessible route to said area of the park. This project has four separate project component bid forms in one bid package and contractors may bid on “one/any/or all” of these components:   • BID FORM 1 – Entire Project Component • BID FORM 2 – Grading, Concrete, Asphalt Component • BID FORM 3 – Plumbing / Electric Component • BID FORM 4 – Playground Equipment and Installation Component   This project is funded in part by the Tennessee Local Parks and Recreation Grant Fund Program.   Bids will be received by the Town of Dandridge at the office of the Dandridge Town Hall, 131 East Main St, Dandridge, TN 37725 until 2:00 PM E.S.T. October 9, 2025, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.   ALL QUESTIONS SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO THE PROJECT MANAGER.   NO EXCEPTIONS. All bidders must be licensed General Contractors as required by the Contractor's Licensing Act of 1994 of the General Assembly of the State of Tennessee, and qualified for the type of construction being bid upon.   No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.   Published September 7 and September 21, 2025
