NOTICE   The Zoning Hearing Board of Warrington Township, Bucks County, PA, will hold a public hearing on Monday, September 22, 2025, at 7:00 PM at the Warrington Township Building, 852 Easton Road, Warrington, PA, to consider the application of Feng Lian LLC, regarding Tax Parcel No. 50-032-034 which is located at 2120 Street Road, in the BZ, Business Zoning District of Warrington Township. Applicant seeks to improve the property and use same as a Use 36 Personal Service Business Establishment use. To facilitate the improvements, Applicant seeks a variance from §370-601.P of the Warrington Township Zoning Ordinance (“Ordinance”) to permit a parking area and driveway to locate less than ten (10) feet from the property lines, and a variance from §370-602.B of the Ordinance to permit the use with 1,076 sf of building area to have six (6) parking spaces as opposed to the eight (8) required.
