The Work consists of cleaning of Air Handler Units (AHUs) and cleaning and encapsulation of associated duct work in the Main County Courthouse. Additionally, the Work may, at the sole discretion of the County, involve the cleaning of Air Handler Units (AHUs) and cleaning and encapsulation of associated duct work at other County facilities with duct work of the same type (i.e., interior insulation) as that installed at the Main County Courthouse.
