YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for reformation of deed and to quiet title via adverse possession under color of title on the following property in Lee County, Florida:
From the southeasterly corner of Block G, Bonita Beach, according to a plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 8 at Page 65 of the public records of Lee County, Florida, run N.65°30' E. perpendicular to the easterly line of Block G for 500 feet; thence run N.24°30' W. parallel with said easterly line for 394.66 feet to a point of curvature; thence run along the arc of a curve to the right of radius 925 feet for 166.23 feet to the point of beginning. From said point of beginning continue along said arc of a curve of said radius for 71.71 feet to an intersection with a line bearing N.65°30' E. and perpendicular to said easterly line of Block G; thence run S.65°30' W. along said perpendicular line for 143 feet more or less to the waters of an arm of Estero Bay, passing through a steel pin at 128 feet; thence run south and southeasterly along said waters to an intersection with a line bearing S.65°30' W., passing through the point of beginning; thence run N.65°30' E. along said line for 162 feet more or less, passing through a steel pin 154 feet southwesterly from the point of beginning, to the point of beginning.
All bearings hereinabove mentioned are calculated from those shown on said plat of Bonita Beach.
