Bids must be in accordance with drawings and specifications and on forms available from Verdantas, LLC at a non-refundable cost of One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150.00) for hard copies and Forty Five Dollars ($45.00) for electronic files. This project will be funded by the Water Pollution Control Loan as administered by the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency and the Ohio Water Development Authority. The Contractor shall note that there are Disadvantaged Business Enterprise participation goals for this project.
