That part of Lot 2, Village of Cedar Swamp, lying South of the Black River a/k/a Macatawa River, North of Chicago Drive (M-21), East of the land described in Liber 2323, Page 632 and West of the land described in Instrument No. 2022-0014263. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a copy of this order shall be published once each week in Holland Sentinel for 3 consecutive weeks, and proof of publication shall be filed with the Court. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Plaintiff shall post a copy of this order in the Ottawa County Courthouse for 3 consecutive weeks and shall file proof of posting with this Court. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Defendants shall file an answer or take other action permitted by law in this Court on or before 40 days after the last posting.
