The Owner intends to enter into one contract with the firm that submits the lowest responsive and responsible bid who will be fully responsible for coordination of all required work between all trades. All bids must be received uploaded to Workday Strategic Sourcing prior to 3:00 P.M., EST, on September 22, 2025. Evaluation of the proposals and award will be at a later day. A pre-bid meeting will not be held. Shortlisted CMc’s will be notified of an interview date September 30, 2025, and will have the opportunity for a site tour on October 3, 2025. All bidders are required to furnish Bid Security in the amount of ten (10%) of the base bid. All prices shall be free of all Federal Excise Taxes and State Sales Tax.
