LEGAL NOTICE   NOTICE OF RECEIPT OF TAX ROLL AND WARRANT   TAKE NOTICE, that I, Cindy C. Todd, the undersigned Receiver of Taxes for the Town of Hyde Park, County of Dutchess and State of New York, have duly received the tax roll and warrant for the collection of school taxes within the Town of Hyde Park for the Hyde Park Central School District for the year 2025-2026, and that I will attend at the Hyde Park Town Hall, 4383 Albany Post Road, in the said Town of Hyde Park, commencing September 15, 2025 to October 14, 2025, 8:30 am to 4:00 pm on each day, excepting Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays for the purpose of receiving the taxes listed on the said roll.   TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the taxes may be paid on or before October 14, 2025 without charge or interest; with the exception of 0.2 (two tenths) percent Town Collection Fee as adopted by town resolution 12:28 of 2011. On all taxes received after such date, there shall be added interest of 2 (two) percent (together with the Town Collection Fee as amended by town resolution 8:28 of 2012) if paid on or before October 31, 2025.   TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that pursuant to the provisions of law, the School Tax Roll of the Town of Hyde Park will be returned on the 1st day of November 2025 to the County Treasurer of the County of Dutchess.   Dated: September 3, 2025   Cindy C.
