MSDH INVITATION FOR BID (IFB) Autoclave Preventative Maintenance Services RFx # 3160007519   The Mississippi State Department of Health (MSDH), Public Health Laboratory, will accept submissions until 10:00 a.m. CST, Monday, October 6, 2025, to perform quarterly preventative maintenance on 10 autoclave machines with two (2) or more responsive and responsible bidder(s) offering the lowest total monthly net price for autoclave preventative maintenance services per the Notice of Award (NOA). The anticipated period of performance is October 9, 2025, through June 30, 2026.
