PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Land Use Board of the Township of Riverside at a public hearing held on July 14, 2025 granted to Lemes Construction, LLC three (3) one-year extensions of the amended preliminary and final major subdivision approval to subdivide the subject Property into nineteen (19) lots for single family detached residential dwellings, two (2) lots for open space and two (2) lot for stormwater management facilities, which was granted under Resolution No. 2022-10. The property is located at 200 Whittaker Street, also known as Block 2603, Lot 2 on the Riverside Township Tax Map.
The approving resolution was memorialized on July 14, 2025. The resolution and all relevant data are on file with the Riverside Township Administrator, Ms. Meghan Jack, and may be inspected by the public during regular business hours at the Riverside Township Municipal Building, 237 S. Pavilion Ave., Riverside, New Jersey 08075.
