Public Announcement The City of Twinsburg intends to contract for design services to replace the existing Perici Amphitheater in Glenn Chamberlin Park. The project would provide a new stage and cover, with electrical components to support appropriate sound and lighting for larger known performers. The stage structure must also be able to support the weight of the sound and light equipment. It shall include a backstage area/dressing room to support the performers. Weather protection surrounding the stage would considered as an option. Scope of Work includes existing conditions survey, conceptual design, permitting, cost estimate, and construction plans and specifications. Firms interested in being considered for a contract to provide the required services should reply with a statement of qualifications no later than 3 pm on October 2, 2025. Statements received after this deadline will not be considered. As required by Ohio Revised Code §153.65-73, responding firms will be evaluated and ranked in order of their qualifications. Following this evaluation, the City of Twinsburg will enter into contract negotiations with the most highly qualified firm.
