NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING  The City Council of Hopewell, Virginia will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, September 23, 2025, at 7:30 PM in the City Council Chambers of the Municipal Building located at 300 North Main Street, Hopewell, Virginia 23860. The following item will be considered:  The creation of an ordinance addressing nuisances, blight, and inoperable vehicles in accordance with §15.2-1427.  If the public would like to make any comments regarding this public hearing, they may do so by submitting it in writing to the clerk’s office located at 300 North Main Street, Hopewell, Virginia 23860 or via e-mail at cityclerk@hopewellva.gov .
