NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Common Council of the City of St. Francis will hold a Public Hearing in the Council Chambers, St. Francis Civic Center, 3400 East Howard Avenue, St. Francis, Wisconsin on Tuesday, October 7, 2025 at 7:00PM regarding the request for Change of Zoning from B-2 General Business to B-2 General Business – Special Use (Drive Through Facility) at 3737 S. Kinnickinnic Avenue.
The legal description involved in the proposed zoning change is as follows:

Beginning at a point where the centerline of the Chicago Road intersects the East and West 1/8 Line running through the Southeast ¼ of Section 15, Township 6 North, Range 22 East, running thence South 25 degrees 15 minutes East along the center line of the said Chicago Road 287.70 feet to a point, the said point being the place of beginning of this description; thence South 75 degrees 36 minutes West 199.60 feet thence South 9 degrees 05 minutes East 51.00 feet, thence North 89 degrees 40 minutes East 231.38 feet to the center line of the said Chicago Road; thence North 25 degrees 15 minutes West along the center line of the Chicago Road 101.49 feet to the place of the beginning, in the City of St. Francis, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin.
