City of Alleman City Council Meeting Minutes September 8, 2025 The regularly scheduled council meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. by Mayor Kramme. Roll call Present: Scott Rozenboom, Perry Smith, and Bill Stevens. Loren Steinkamp and Scott Andreas were absent. Also present: Shari Buehler - City Clerk, Logan Carpenter - Director of Public Works, Jim Thornton - Alleman Attorney and Mike Wille.
