E Loren Williams of the Supreme Court Of The State Of New York, dated the Second day of September, 2025 and filed with the Complaint in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Orange, in the City of Goshen. The object of this action is to foreclosure a mortgage upon the premises described below, executed by Patricia Nugent (who died on April 30, 2021, a resident of the county of Orange, State of New York) and Edward Nugent (who died on October 7, 2024, a resident of the county of Orange, State of New York) dated the August 10, 2015, to secure the sum of $172,600.00 and recorded at Book 13936, Page 1204 in the Office of the Orange County Clerk on August 25, 2015. The mortgage was subsequently modified on September 6, 2020. The mortgage was subsequently modified by a Deferral Agreement on May 13, 2021.
