ADVERTISEMENT FOR SEALED BIDS   The Paint Valley ADAMH Board invites bids from prospective contractors for installation of security system and related components located at the Paint Valley ADAMH Crisis Center, located at 11485 County Road 550, Chillicothe, OH 45601. The center is currently under construction and will consist of a 17,000 sq. ft facility, wood studs/slab-on-grade, onestory facility including a mental health crisis center, crisis stabilization unit and mobile crisis team offices. Bid documents, specifications, and drawings are available at the Paint Valley ADAMH Board’s website located at https://pvadamh.org/public-notices/. A copy of bid documents, specifications and drawings can be made available upon request. The bid documents, specifications, and drawings may also be examined without charge during business hours at the Paint Valley ADAMH Board Main Office, located at 394 Chestnut Street, Chillicothe, OH 45601. Bidders are advised to contact the Paint Valley ADAMH Board at 740-773-2283 via phone, or by email to kdennis@pvadamh.org for copies of bid documentation, specifications, and drawings. Bids will be received until 3:00 pm on Wednesday October 1, 2025 and publicly opened forthwith at the Paint Valley ADAMH Board Office, 394 Chestnut Street, Chillicothe, Ohio 45601. All bids shall be based on the products and systems specified in the bid documents. Questions and requests shall be sent to the Paint Valley ADAMH Board Office no later than September 24, 2025 at 4:30 pm. The Paint Valley ADAMH Board reserves the right to cancel any solicitation and to accept or reject in whole or in part any bid for good cause when it is in the best interest of the Board.
