Default having being made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage dated April 3, 2018 executed by Lzennie Wright Clemons, unmarried and Rodrego Daytreon Patterson, unmarried, in favor of Ditech Financial LLC, said Mortgage being recorded May 15, 2018, in Book 2018, Page 3469, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Autauga County, Alabama; having later been assigned to U.S. Bank National Association, not in its individual capacity but solely as Trustee of NRZ Inventory Trust by instrument recorded in RLPY Book 2022, Page 1354, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Autauga County, Alabama. Said default continues and notice is hereby given that the undersigned, U.S. Bank National Association, not in its individual capacity but solely as Trustee of NRZ Inventory Trust, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash at the main entrance to the County Courthouse, Autauga County, Alabama on 10/23/2025, during the legal hours of sale, the following described real estate situated in Autauga County, Alabama, to-wit:
Commence at an old pinched top ¾ inch galvanized pinched top pipe at the Southeast Corner of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 33, Township 19 North, Range I5 East, Autauga County, AL, said point being the Point of Beginning; thence along the South forty line, South 89 degrees 50 minutes 41seconds West, 207.03 feet to an old 1/3 inch open top galvanized pipe; thence North 0 degrees 57 minutes 22 seconds West, 208.71 feet to a set 5/8 inch rebar; thence North 89 degrees 05 minutes 32 seconds East, 208.71 feet to an old ¼ inch open top galvanized pipe on the East forty line of said forty; thence South 0 degrees 29 minutes 42 seconds East 211.43 feet to the Point of Beginning. Said described tract containing 1.00 acres, more or less and lying in the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 33, Township 19 North, Range15 East, Autauga County, AL.
