COLUMBIA COUNTY, FLORIDA BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS INVITATION TO BID 2025-10 SKYE AVE AND JORDAN ST FROM TYRUS WAY TO SR20 (US27) SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS The Board of County Commissioners (County) will receive sealed submittals in the office of Commissioners, 135 NE Hernando Avenue, Suite 203, Lake City, FL 32055, until 2:00 PM local time on October 9, 2025 for the following: SKYE AVE AND JORDAN ST FROM TYRUS WAY TO SR20 (US27) SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS The project scope for the Skye Avenue and Jordan St from Tyrus Way to SR20 (US27) Sidewalk Improvements, consists of 5-ft wide concrete sidewalk on the west side of SW Skye Ave from Wilson Springs Rd to Jordan Street and sidewalk replacement and ADA improvements on W Jordan Street from SW Tyrus Way to US 27. Construction also includes signing and pavement markings and associated work. To be eligible for consideration, all bidders must be registered in the State of Florida to practice their profession at the time of submission. Bidders without a complete submission described will be considered improper. Invitation to Bid information is available online only at: https://www.columbiacountyfla.com/PurchasingBids.asp Submissions will be publicly opened in the Commissioner’s Office at 2:00 PM, October 9, 2025 or as soon thereafter as practical. Respondents are responsible for the delivery of submissions. Submissions may be withdrawn at any time prior to the opening. Late bids will not be accepted. Bids delivered in any other format other than specified in this solicitation will not be accepted.
