The Bid Opening will take place at 11:00 A.M. via Zoom (RSVP rfpand bids@patersonha.org). for the following items as outlined in the Technical Specifications:   Boiler Replacement At NJ21-9 Joseph Masiello Residence 255 Atlantic Street, Paterson, NJ 07503   Bidders are to submit Bids in a sealed envelope marked with the job title as it appears in this advertisement written on both an inner envelope containing the Bid and on an outer envelope.   All Bidders are hereby notified that they must comply with all applicable Federal, State, and Municipal Laws, rules and regulations, including, but not limited to those pertaining to Affirmative Action, Equal Opportunity, Ownership, Disclosure, and Security. Please note, time referenced in this advertisement is Eastern Standard Time (EST).   The Housing Authority of the City of Paterson reserves the right to reject any and all Bids or to waive any informality in the Bidding.   No Bid shall be withdrawn, for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to opening of Bids without the consent of the Housing Authority of the City of Paterson.   Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guarantee which shall not be less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the total Bid.
