NOTICE TOWNSHIP OF SOUTHAMPTON LAND DEVELOPMENT BOARD PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given to all persons that the Southampton Township Land Development Board will conduct a public hearing to review a preliminary investigation report for the determination of an area in need of non-condemnation redevelopment for the property known as 2309 Route 206, aka Block 602 Lot 14 at the regularly scheduled public meeting on October 2, 2025 at 6pm. The agenda and report will be posted and available to the public at the Township Offices at least 10 days before the scheduled meeting. Official action may be taken by the Board. No executive sessions are expected to be conducted. Any redevelopment or rehabilitation designation would NOT authorize the use of eminent domain powers.
