By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Morgan County, Indiana, in Cause No.: 55C01-2502-MF-000404, Home Bank S.B. was the Plaintiff, and Austin B Choate, Amanda E Abell, and Tree City Metal Sales LLC were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs. I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on November 3, 2025, at 2:00 p.m. at 160 N. Park Avenue, Martinsville, IN 46151, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Morgan County, Indiana:
