PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that an appeal has been filed with the Zoning Hearing Board of Millcreek Township, Erie County, PA by the following: Timothy Pagano, for property located at 1842 Zimmerly Road, seeking a density variance to construct a Dwelling, Duplex in the R2 Low Density Residential District. Allen & Rebecca Yingling, for property located at 6026 Schultz Road, seeking a height variance for a detached accessory structure in the CR Conservation Residential District. A public hearing will be held on said petition on Wednesday, September 24, 2025, at 6:00 p.m., in the Millcreek Township Assembly Room, 3608 West 26th Street, at which time and place all persons interested may be heard if they so desire.
