Under and by virtue of an execution issued out of the SECOND JUDICIAL DISTRICT Court, County of Washoe, State of Nevada, wherein, CAUGHLIN RANCH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, a Nevada non-profit Cooperative Corporation, Plaintiff, recovered a judgment against, LISA HAHNER, an individual, and DOES 1-10, inclusive, Defendant, for the sum of $43,720.97 damages, together with accrued costs and disbursements of $24,954.15, less $0.00 for payments and partial satisfactions made, leaving a net balance of $68,675.12, with interest at the rate of 0% per annum till paid, as appears to us of record, besides Sheriff’s and publication fees, upon a judgment rendered the . I have this day levied upon all the right, title, claim and interest of said Defendant, LISA HAHNER, an individual, and DOES 1-10, inclusive, of, in and to the following described property to wit:

EXCEPTING THEREFROM all mines of gold, silver, copper, lead, Cinnabar and other valuable minerals which may exist in said Tract, except gas, coal, oil and oil shales, as reserved in a Paten recorded November 15, 1951, in Book E, Page 425, as Document No. 200949, of Land Patent Records.
Notice is hereby given that I will sell for lawful money of the United States at Public Auction, on October 1, 2025 at 9:00 a.m., of said day on the steps of the Second Judicial District Court, City of Reno, County of Washoe, State of Nevada, to the highest bidder, all the right, title, claim and interest of said defendant, of, in or to the above described property, or so much thereof as may be necessary to raise sufficient money to satisfy said judgment, with interest, cost and accruing costs.
