TAKE NOTICE that at a regular meeting scheduled on September 4, 2025, the Planning Board of the Township of Hillsborough ("Board") adopted a Resolution, memorializing the action taken on July 24, 2025, granting the Applicant, M&M Realty Partners at Hillsborough, LLC, Amended Preliminary and Final Major Subdivision Approval to add the previously removed ten (10) lots approved by the Board in the original application, by Resolution adopted on January 12, 2023 because the lots were subsequently incorporated into the WQMP, and realign a property line between Lot 49 and Lot 50, providing for a total of not to exceed one hundred ninety six (196) single-family dwelling lots on the West Tract, and associated improvements. The property which is the subject of this amended application is located at 95 Hamilton Road, identified as Block 182, Lot 11.01, Hillsborough Township, New Jersey and located in the R8A Residential District.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that the Resolution along with all supporting documentation is on file in the Planning and Zoning Department, located at the Township of Hillsborough Municipal Complex, Peter J. Biondi Building, 379 South Branch Road, Hillsborough, NJ 08844, and are available for public inspection during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm.
This notice is being given pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55D-10(i) and New Jersey Court Rule 4:69-6(b)(3).
