INVITATION FOR BIDS
The Housing Authority of the County of Lebanon will receive sealed bids for Webster Manor HVAC Upgrades – Plumbing Only. Sealed bids will be accepted at the Authority’s office at 137 W Penn Avenue, Cleona, PA 17042 until 2:00 PM prevailing time, on October 2, 2025. All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud immediately thereafter.
Bids for the following construction contract will be received:
C-8-25-WM-P: Plumbing
Bids have already been received for the Mechanical, Electrical, and General Construction components of this project. This solicitation is for the Plumbing work only.
Proposed forms of contract documents, including plans and specifications may be obtained in electronic PDF format on the Authority’s website – http://www.lebanoncountyhousing.com. Bidders obtaining the file must register their possession by completing and returning the registration form provided in the Project Manual. Plan sheets are included in the electronic copy of the documents.
A Bid Bond, in the form provided in the documents, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted with all bids. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory performance and payment bonds.
Attention is called to the provisions for equal employment opportunity and payment of not less than the prevailing wages as set forth in these specifications.
The Housing Authority of the County of Lebanon reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in the bidding for up to sixty (60) days.
No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of the Housing Authority of the County of Lebanon.
