LEGAL NOTICE COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS COUNTY OF PLYMOUTH TOWN OF HINGHAM BULLETIN September 4, 2025   Pursuant to the provision of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 40, Section 32, as amended, notice is given that amendments to the General By-Laws under Articles 19, 27 and 39 of the 2025 Annual Town Meeting Warrant, available in the Town Clerk’s Office, 210 Central Street, have been approved by the Annual Town Meeting and by the Attorney General and are deemed to have taken effect from the date they were approved by Town Meeting, on April 28, 2025 (and continued on April 29, 2025).   Claims of invalidity by reason of any defect in the procedure of adoption or amendment may only be made within ninety days of posting or of the second publication and a statement indicating where copies of such by-law may be examined and obtained.   Carol M.
