INVITATION TO BID   The Oklahoma City Housing Authority (OCHA) and Community Enhancement Corporation (CEC), collectively known as the “Agency”, located at 1700 Northeast Fourth Street, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, is requesting sealed bids for Janitorial Services (IFB-2025-011) to provide comprehensive janitorial services at Agency administrative offices and residential facilities. The successful contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, equipment, cleaning agents and supplies not specifically provided by the Agency. The contractor must maintain professional standards of cleanliness, safety and sanitation, ensuring that Agency facilities remain presentable, sanitary and in compliance with applicable regulations. A Prebid Conference (Mandatory) will be held at 9:00 a.m., Thursday, September 25, 2025 at 1700 N.E. 4th Street. Property visits will take place afterward.
